Office Assistants
- Establishes and maintains records, filling system, and logs: records staff attendance; prepare purchase requisitions, maintains equipment inventory, orders equipment, prepares, and submits budget revisions and corrections
- Operates a computer, photocopy machine, printing works, and other peripheral office equipments in the course of assigned functions
- Compose, type, edit and distribute a variety of correspondences, reports, forms and school/department publications
- Receives and distributes incoming mail, initiates and / or transmits inter office memorandums and notices
- Attend to telephone calls and facilitate access to staff members
- Issue TC/presence certificate to students
- Maintain record of students� and staff�s bio data
- Any tasks assigned by the supervisors
Laboratory Assistants
- Maintain stock register and issue register
- Issue laboratory apparatus, chemicals, etc. to teachers as and when required
- Prepare annual requisition
- Assist in operation and maintenance of lab equipments
- Assist the subject teacher during practical period
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory
- Preparing solution and apparatus for experiment
- Any tasks assigned by the supervisors
Store In – Charge
- Arrange the materials in order
- Maintain inventory of books
- Issue/collect textbooks and stationeries
- Dispose unserviceable books with prior notification
- Maintain proper record of games and sports materials/items
- Put up annual requisition of books, stationeries and games and sports items
- Any tasks assigned by the supervisors
Library In-charges
- Issue books to students and staffs on regular basis
- Assist teachers during their library class.
- To maintain and repair old books
- To be vigilant inside the library hall
- Classify/cataloguing books according to subjects
- To classify fiction and non-fiction author wise
- Stamp the books with library seal and maintain properly
- Maintain the stock taking records annually
- Maintain the log book for library class.
- Any tasks assigned by the supervisors
Peon
- Receive and deliver letters
- Collect and post letters
- Lock and open office rooms during lunch break and after school
- Carry notices and messages
- Dusting tables and windows of the office
- Attend office
- Take charge of mike and its accessories
Caretaker
- Night guard from 6pm to 5.30am.
- Lock and open main gate
- Put on and off corridors and street lights
- Check lights, windows and fans of classrooms after school
- Any tasks assigned by the supervisor
Sweeper
- Sweeping Assembly ground in the morning
- Sweep offices
- Cleaning drains of academic and classroom blocks
- Cleaning staff toilets and students� toilet
- Sweeping the road from parking till school gate
- Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside of the main gate
- Any tasks assigned by the supervisor
